These measures are primarily intended to protect users' personal data from access by unauthorized persons in order to maintain their security. In particular, only authorized persons (ADO employees and contractors) have access to users' personal data, who are obliged to keep this data secret. The collection of personal data of Store users (potential customers) may be used to create a database and is treated as a database of personal data.

- consent will be withdrawn if this consent was the basis for processing.

Users' consent to the use of Cookies is in accordance with the GDPR, issued on the basis of simple and specific information about the types of data and their purpose, issued before the processing of any data other than strictly required, which is known as "prior consent", issued voluntarily as a positive action, the result of a real choice. The user has the possibility to reject unnecessary cookies and still be able to use the site. The consent is kept as evidence of consent, reversible. The user has the possibility to cancel the consent whenever he or she feels like it.

Facebook Ads and Insights
We use marketing and analytical tools available on Facebook. The provider of these tools is Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. We carry out activities in this area based on our legitimate interest in marketing our own products or services and analysis and statistics.
In order to target you with personalized ads based on your behavior on our site, we have implemented Facebook Pixel on our site, which automatically collects information about your use of our site in terms of the pages you view. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to a Facebook server in the United States and stored there.
The information collected by Facebook Pixel is anonymous, meaning it does not allow us to identify you. We only know what actions you have taken on our site. We can also check your age, gender, and where you are connecting to the Internet from. Facebook Insights can also provide us with more information about you, but it is never information that would allow us to identify you.
However, we inform you that Facebook may combine the information collected with other information about you collected as part of your use of the Facebook service and use it for its own purposes, including marketing. Such Facebook activities are no longer dependent on us, and you can find information about them directly in Facebook's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation . You can also manage your privacy settings from your Facebook account. You will find useful information in this regard here: https://www.facebook.com/help/568137493302217 .
Social tools
Our website uses plug-ins and other social tools provided by social networking sites such as Facebook.
When you display our website containing such a plug-in, your browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of the social network administrators (service providers). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Thanks to this integration, the service providers receive information that your browser has displayed our website, even if you do not have a profile with the given service provider or are not currently logged in to it. This information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of the given service provider (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.
If you are logged in to one of the social networking sites, the service provider will be able to directly assign your visit to my site to your profile on the relevant social networking site.
If you use a given plug-in, e.g. by clicking the "Like" or "Share" button, the corresponding information will also be sent directly to the server of the respective service provider and stored there.
In addition, this information will be published on the given social network and will be visible to the people added as your contacts. The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policy of the individual service providers.

- Twitter – https://twitter.com/en/privacy;
- LinkedIn – https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy;
- Instagram – https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388 .
If you do not want social media to assign data collected during your visit to our website directly to your profile on that website, you must log out of that website before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent plugins from loading on the website by using appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. script blocking.
Google Adwords
We use the Google Adwords service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites using advertising media (so-called Google Adwords). Based on data from advertising campaigns, we can determine how effective our individual marketing activities are. We use this tool to display advertisements that may be of interest to you. With this information, we are able to improve our website and adapt it to your requirements and preferences, and to reliably calculate advertising costs.
These types of advertising media are delivered by Google via a so-called "Ad Server". For this purpose, we use Ad Server cookies, which can be used to measure certain performance parameters, such as the display of ads or user clicks. If you reach our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords will store a cookie on your device from which you visit the website. These cookies usually lose their validity after 90 days and should not be used for personal identification. In addition to the cookie, the unique cookie ID, the number of views (Frequency), the last view (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (information that the user wishes to opt out of receiving advertising) are usually stored in the form of analytical values.
These cookies enable Google to recognise your internet browser again. If a user visits certain websites of an Adwords customer and the cookie storage period saved on the device from which the user visits the website has not yet expired, Google and the customer can determine whether the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this website. A different cookie is assigned to each Adwords customer. This means that cookies cannot track Adwords customers via the website. We do not collect or process any personal data in the advertising media mentioned. We only receive statistical analyses from Google that do not contain your personal data. Based on these analyses, we can determine which of the marketing measures used have been most effective. We do not receive additional data resulting from the use of advertising media and, above all, we cannot identify users based on this information.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data within the framework of the use of the "Google Adwords" service is your consent pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR. Your personal data will be deleted immediately after you withdraw your consent or when the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were processed. Such cookies are deleted after 90 days.
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data within the framework of the use of Google Adwords at any time with future effect by reopening the cookie banner and adjusting your settings accordingly.
Purposes and activities of personal data processing
When placing an order, you must provide the data necessary to complete the order, such as name and surname, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and tax identification number. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.

Order data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. In addition, after this period, the data may still be processed by us for archival and statistical purposes, in particular for the purpose of identifying a returning customer.
You cannot object to the processing of data or demand the deletion of data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data or demand the deletion of data contained in invoices. After the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract, you may, however, object to the processing of your data by us for statistical and archival purposes, as well as demand the deletion of your data from the database.

This service is provided on the basis of an agreement concluded on the principles described in the regulations available on the website ( https://jbsolutions.pl/regulamin ), which means that in this respect the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR.
You can decide to terminate your order at any time, but this will not result in the deletion of your data from our database, as this data is necessary for us to determine, defend or pursue any claims related to the contract for the provision of services by electronic means.
User's rights in connection with the processing of personal data
In connection with the processing of personal data, the User has the following rights, which can be exercised in accordance with the principles described in Articles 16 - 21 of the GDPR by contacting the personal data administrator of our website.
