HR services

- Personnel files - we prepare documents necessary upon employment, ensure that the information obtained from employees complies with the regulations, as well as keep and archive HR documents in personal files.
- Employment contracts/civil law contracts - we create contracts tailored to your needs and prepare all necessary documents related to the continuity of employment.
- Monitoring deadlines - we keep a record of the validity of medical examinations, health and safety training, as well as the termination of contracts.
- Employee absence - we handle all matters relating to annual leave, maternity, parental, unpaid and additional leave, including determining leave rights, keeping records and drawing up holiday leave plans.
Payroll service
We are well aware of what needs to be done to account for an employee adequately, regardless the contract governing their employment.
- Payroll - we calculate remuneration for employees based on the payroll components in force in the organisation, taking into account overtime, sick leave, Social Security benefits and the settlement of tax due.
- Transfer packets - we prepare transfer packets to any banking system, which speeds up the process of payment of remuneration to employees.
- ZUS/US/PPK [Social Insurance Institution/Tax Office/Employee Capital Plans] - we prepare monthly settlements of ZUS/PPK contributions and personal income tax.
- Employee certificates - we issue salary and employment certificates for your employees.
- Export of transfers - at your request, we can also export transfers to electronic banking via webservice/bank API.
HR and payroll audit
Are you concerned that your employee files may not be kept correctly? We can conduct an HR and payroll audit for you, resulting in a detailed report containing the irregularities identified and practical ways to remedy them. We will advise you on procedures that will help you avoid mistakes in the future, so that you do not have to worry about settlements with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and other tax authorities.
Additional responsibilities
We offer additional support in following issues:
- Settlement of PFRON (State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled People) - if you employ people with disabilities, our team will prepare monthly declarations or applications for funding for you, as well as complete the employer/employee notification.
- GUS (Statistics Poland) reports - we compile and provide the data necessary for employment-related reports.
- Representation before the authorities - we will replace you in inspections and checking activities carried out by external institutions.
- E-file - if you want to switch to an electronic personnel file, we will take care of the entire process: from verifying your personnel files, through creating it electronically, to ongoing service.
Services for B2B and member of the management boards of companies
- Services for JDGs (sole proprietors) - we settle monthly ZUS contributions and annual health contributions, apply to ZUS for certificates of no arrears, assist in obtaining A1 certificates and apply for ZUS holidays.
- Services for members of the management boards of companies - we prepare resolutions of appointment and settle Social Security contributions.
